Job Title: Senior Sales Executive IT Outsourcing Projects & Electronics Projects
Key Objective:
Drive sales and secure IT outsourcing projects in Software development, AI, and ML domains and Electronics control units in Defense, Automation, Automotive, Pharma sectors from International markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to penetrate Western markets.
Identify high-value prospects and decision-makers in target industries.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building:
Leverage existing networks or create new connections with CXOs, IT managers, and procurement heads in International businesses.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads in IT, AI, and ML domains.
3. Client Acquisition:
Pitch outsourcing services and demonstrate ROI to clients.
Customize sales approaches based on client pain points and specific requirements.
4. Closing Deals:
Achieve measurable sales targets by converting leads into contracts.
Negotiate contract terms and handle objections effectively.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Expertise:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling IT outsourcing services (Software development, AI, ML, or cloud solutions) to Western markets OR into hardware electronics programs.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with projects worth a min of 1,000,000 Dollars or more.
2. Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of International business environments, decision-making hierarchies, and cultural nuances.
Familiarity with industries demanding IT solutions, such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
Familiarity with industries demanding Electronics solutions, such as defence, automotive, pharma, and more.
3. Skills & Traits:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability with proven experience in building rapport with senior stakeholders.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
4. Existing Client Base (Preferred):
Candidates with pre-established client connections in US & European countries will be prioritized.
5. Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
