Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Salesforce developer! As Assistant Manager in Genpact you will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, testing, integrating, and supporting technically innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts as well as understanding of the industry, customer, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways. This job will start your journey as a leader within the organization. Responsibilities Mid-level/Senior business analyst with strong functional/business analysis skills with experience in Salesforce Proficient in requirement capturing Engage with stakeholders to understand requirement and break down into user stories Organize & refine the user stories in backlog Review test cases Should have worked in Agile project methodologies Hands on involvement in validating functionality Coordinate with QA team and answer QA queries Able to handle projects independently Salesforce admin would be a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix , Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred. Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools.
