Job Description
- Supervising and Coordinating: Leading and directing the work of construction crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Safety Enforcement: Implementing and monitoring safety procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and personal protective gear, and conducting safety meetings.
- Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, maintaining schedules, and reporting on milestones, delays, and potential issues.
- Resource Management: Managing manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation and project efficiency.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between the construction crew, supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Ensuring work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Training and Mentoring: Providing guidance and training to construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Budget Management: Monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to the project budget.
