Minimum Qualifications
MBA in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience, with at least 4 years in programme management specifically in the Learning & Development (L&D) or Education sector.
Salary Rs. 82,500/- per month

Job Description
The job involves delivery of training and capacity building programs for international participants of election management bodies and other stakeholders. The job also involves organizing international workshops, seminars, conferences and other such events in the field of democracy and election management. It also involves forging partnerships with other international organizations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the job include:
(i) Organize International Training Programs & Events - Plan and execute international training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences focused on electoral training and capacity building,
(ii) Global Best Practices Study international best practices for delivery of training and capacity building in electoral management and adopt the same for IIIDEM,
(iii) Build International Partnerships & MoUs Develop collaborations and partnerships with global organizations and institutions in the field of democracy and election management and EMBs.
(iv) Foster International Cooperation & Exchange Promote institutional linkages and exchanges among stakeholders from different countries to enhance global learning.
(v) Implementation of Curriculum Recommendations Coordinate with subject matter experts to implement approved recommendations related to training curriculum and module development.

(i) Strong Program Execution Skills for International Participants
(ii) Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills
(iii) Excellent Skills in using IT platforms/ tools for training,
(iv) Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively,
(v) Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure smooth and proper execution.
Desirables
(i) Exposure to international training,
(ii) Experience of delivering training programs to international participants,
(iii) Exposure of working in program management for International Organization,
(iv) Should be fluent in any foreign language,
(v) Should understand cross-cultural values, customs etc.
