Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional in all interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings shifts Work from Home , once or twice a week
