Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic, patient, and professional in all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings shifts Work from Home , once or twice a week
