Job Description

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and suitability for solar installations
  • Present and promote solar energy solutions tailored to the customers requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Submit regular sales reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
