Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV footage with attention to detail to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of all surveillance activities and incidents.
- Coordinate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement as necessary.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports for management review.
Qualifications
- 3 years diploma or degree is a must.
- 2 yrs experience in CCTV monitoring or any experience relevant to IT Support is must.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of CCTV systems and related technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
