We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in SaaS companies. S/He will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training plans and strategies across multiple departments and roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with internal business leaders to align on the annual and quarterly LD plans for their teams
Foster a culture of learning and development by promoting training opportunities and resources to employees.
Anchor the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Spearhead the development of training content, translating complex concepts into easily digestible and engaging materials for diverse audiences.
Work with internal experts as well as external LD partners as required
Required skills and qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR / OD / LD roles, ideally with SaaS companies.
Bachelors degree in a relevant domain.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establish positive working relationships.
Interest and willingness to utilize AI tools to achieve learning objectives (content creation, LMS, etc)
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs.
Working knowledge of KMS, LMS and Authoring tools and eLearning platforms
Hands on experience with MS Office and Google Suite tools
