TATA 1MG is hiring a qualified and experienced Assistant Team Lead (ATL) for its retail pharmacy operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in retail pharmacy management and a valid Delhi Drug License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the pharmacy store
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain regulatory compliance, including adherence to Drugs and Cosmetics Act
• Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and vendor coordination
• Ensure accurate prescription handling and high customer service standards
• Support the Team Lead in achieving store KPIs and operational excellence
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Must possess a valid Delhi Drug License (Pharmacist Registration)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer handling
• Proficient in pharmacy software and inventory control systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  

Educational Qualifications:

• D.Pharma, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the Delhi State Pharmacy Council
