Required Skills:
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project
management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication
skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and
non-technical teams.
High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in
a fast-paced environment.
Needs to be tech savvy and quick on the feet to understand client need and
work with the technical team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office along with Hands on experience in Salesforce or
ServiceNow
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
environment is crucial.
Ability to manage project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Must be able to adapt new technologies.
Strong Interpersonal Skills with an ability to communicate technical ideas to
both business users and other teams (Design, QA etc.)
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders (Functional
Groups, Management, Client etc.)
