Operate across a diverse organization, in order to ensure that there is a complete understanding of analyst feedback process value chain.
Update and maintain internal CRMs with varied arrays of data Timeliness and accuracy is the most important aspect here.
Interact with external parties from different geo-locations.
Identify areas for improvement and automation in current/ expanded scope of work.
What youll need to have:
5-10 years of relevant experience working in a fast-paced and multi-national organization.
Strong understanding of coding in Python and SQL. Excellent data manipulation skills are needed.
Strong understanding of data visualization tools Tableau and QlikView.
Strong understanding of Excel.
Data presentation skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team player and interpersonal skills. Able to work with stakeholders at different levels and keen eye for detail.
Well organized and detail-oriented. Ability to handle multi-task and work under pressure within deadlines.
Graduate in commerce with some exposure to ops/ banking is preferred, but not mandatory.
