Manager / Senior Manager (Commercial / Billing ) - Site

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Checking && verifying client bill with respect to work done && store report.
2. Making rate analysis for extra items && get the same verified by Regional office authorities.

Submission and certification from client. Coordination with site engineer && client for joint

measurement report

3. Preparation of monthly work done report. Based on production report, store && labour bill. && Get

the same verified by Project Incharge

4. Preparation of monthly liability report for PNL of material, labor && overheads.
5. Preparation of first cut master budget discussion with Project Incharge. Coordination for its

approval with Regional office && Head office.

6. Monitoring labour && overhead variances discussion with Project Incharge && coordination with

Regional office for its Approval.

7. Cost to complete preparation && coordination for its approval from Regional office.
8. Preparation of comparative statements by calling quotations and internal rate analysis reference

with DSR && && coordination with Regional office for its approval.

9. Preparation && issue of work orders of labours && sub-contractors as per approved CS.

10.Initiating monthly budget requirement for material && labour with respect to approved master

budget && CTC && coordination with Regional office for its approval.

11.Labour && Overheads cost variance should be discussed with Project Incharge && processed with

proper documents && reasons && coordination with RO for its approval.

12.Preparation of labours && sub-contractors, Payments recommendation with respect to work done

&& its certification discussion with Project Incharge && coordination with Regional office for its

approval.

13.Monthly cement, Steel && other material detail reconciliation should be prepared discussed with

PIC && submit to Regional office.

14.Follow up && coordination with Client && their requirements for Certification && payment of RA Bills.

15.Timely submission of documents labour bills && other reports to Regional office && in SAP updation

is must.

BE/B.Tech Civil with 10+ yrs of experience
