Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Reporting To: Store Manager
Experience Required: 04 years (preferably in retail or customer-facing roles)
Education: 12th

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
  
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
  
• Guide customers through the selection process and complete the billing.
  
• Meet or exceed category-wise and overall sales targets.
  
• Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges professionally.
  
• Maintain stock levels and report daily stock status (opening, sold, closing).
  
• Ensure attractive and compliant product displays in your section.
  
• Secure high-value stock and report discrepancies or theft promptly.
  
• Support in-store marketing, VM updates, and local promotional events.
  
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complaints as per company policy.
