Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
- Support testing and user acceptance phases by defining test scenarios and assisting with validation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (life insurance preferred).
- Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to insurance platforms such as: Life/Asia, Integral , Life/400
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of policy administration systems and insurance product structures.
- Experience with system migration or modernization projects.
