Role & responsibilities


We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Product, Security, and other technology-focused teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to build and execute effective hiring strategies, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at hiring events, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, Security Analysts, etc.) and modern tech stacks.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing techniques.
  • Previous experience working in a product-led or cybersecurity company.
