Job Description
- As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist at our leading hair restoration company based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance our online presence and optimize virtual consultations. Collaborating closely with our digital marketing and consultation teams, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and refining machine learning models and algorithms to elevate user engagement, streamline virtual consultation processes, and deliver personalized recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing AI algorithms to enhance our online presence and virtual consultation services, working alongside the digital marketing team to boost website performance and user engagement through AI insights, analyzing user data to personalize marketing strategies, and creating AI-driven tools like chatbots and diagnostic tools for virtual consultations. You will also conduct experiments to validate AI models, integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, stay updated on AI advancements, provide technical support to team members, and document research findings for internal and external audiences. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing AI models, preferably in healthcare or digital marketing. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, proficiency with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, familiarity with NLP and chatbot development, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently on multiple projects, and a preference for experience in hair restoration or dermatology. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of digital marketing strategies, familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks, an understanding of SEO and web analytics, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
