Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly qualified engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and efforts.
- Support and coordinate timely resolutions for customer issues and escalations.
- Follow best practices in planning and delivering features.
- Build and maintain relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders, meeting their needs.
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and plans to stakeholders.
- Establish ownership and accountability across the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in technical and architectural discussions, provide direction, and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate on technical solutions leveraging best practices.
- Escalate and be responsive to critical issues.
- 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux development environments and administration.
- 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Knowledge of networking protocols, standards, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS).
- Programming experience with Python, Golang, or equivalent languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of compliance and security frameworks (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, GDPR, SOX).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Agile experience in a fast-paced development or SaaS delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
