Roles:
Senior Engineers will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects at construction sites. Expertise in construction engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experienceespecially in Alu Form construction techniques, RCC work, Finishing workto ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage residential/commercial real estate construction projects on-site from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review engineering drawings and designs for technical accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
- Identify construction risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Enforce high standards of safety, quality control, and cost-efficiency.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project timelines.
- Supervise and manage all finishing works including tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, joinery, and other interior finishes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in construction engineering with a proven track record of managing real estate construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction, Finishing , RCC.
- Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Proficient in using construction management tools and project tracking software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience of 7-8 years in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
