Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at TekWissen India in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, offering both in-office and remote work options. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inquiries, and enhancing overall customer experience on a daily basis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the capacity for quick problem-solving. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous, and familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is highly desirable.
