Job Description

    Teleperformance is the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, connecting the biggest and most respected brands with their customers to ensure consistently positive interactions. As a customer support representative, you will be based in the Electronic City, Bangalore, working from the office next to PES College Campus. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels such as telephone, email, and chat. In this role, you will provide efficient and professional order assistance and product information, working in both Inbound and Outbound processes. You will be expected to offer knowledgeable answers regarding product details, pricing, availability, and dispatch, ensuring the provision of accurate and complete information using internal resources. Handling customer complaints and escalations effectively, providing solutions for basic problems within specified time limits, and taking ownership of issues are essential aspects of this position. Ideal candidates for this role include Graduates/Undergraduates with or without prior experience, proficiency in English and Hindi, and a background in collection/customer processes. The position requires working a rotational day shift for 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off. Individuals seeking roles such as customer care specialists, customer support representatives, call center representatives, BPO executives, customer service managers, and related positions are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time job with both day and rotational shifts. Applicants must be willing to commute or relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka, before starting work. The minimum educational requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), with proficiency in English and Hindi being mandatory.
