Job Description
- The Test Manager position based in Gurugram, India falls under the Testing / Validation job family. As a Test Manager, your key responsibilities include managing client feedback during SITUAT testing, maintaining a feedback tracker, and managing client expectations on resolution steps. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the PMBuild Team to prioritize client feedback, ensuring alignment on client ask, configuration work required, and release cycle timing. It will be your duty to re-test fixes for defects raised during testing to ensure the build meets client requirements. To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills to determine action items based on client feedback. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing the client feedback tracker, tracking next steps, actions, and target dates, as well as prioritizing client asks in coordination with the PM Wealth Management Technology Systems knowledge. Experience working with complex wealth management platforms in a user-based testing capacity is essential. Your tasks will involve designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for assigned software modules and features. Additionally, you will utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency and coverage, performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, usability, and API testing. Identifying, reproducing, and documenting software defects according to established procedures will be part of your responsibilities. Proactively partnering with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions is vital, along with participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing. Staying up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies and contributing to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks or libraries is expected. This position requires expertise in Tools and Standards (APPS)-Automation Testing-Automation Testing_Testing as the primary skill. Additionally, proficiency in Technical Skills (APPS)-Databases-RDBMS-SQL and Microsoft Dynamics (APPS)-MsD-General-Functional-QA/UAT Scripts as secondary skills are preferred.
