You will have the opportunity to work on the largest ServiceNow implementation project globally, supporting a large global client. As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers, developing customizations based on project requirements, and ensuring the implementation of professional services projects meets the highest standards. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, programming, and debugging software enhancements, writing code, conducting testing and debugging, writing test scripts, and providing technical expertise in code writing and reviews. You will collaborate with the delivery team and other engineers to understand, estimate, prioritize, and implement development requests and project requirements, contributing to the continuous improvement of platform functionality. To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering principles for cloud-based platforms, extensive knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities such as CSM Integrations and SPM, proficiency in JavaScript, and experience with object-oriented programming. Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a matrixed organization and adapt to change. Ideally, you will hold a four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or have relevant work experience. It is expected that you will continue your education within the ServiceNow platform and obtain certifications and module accreditations to enhance your expertise.
