BPO - Voice Process Associate (Kolkata) @ Vibhuti Insurance

Job Description

As a Process Associate in a renowned BPO client located in Kolkata, your main responsibility will be taking calls over the phone, which may require working in different time zones. You will be expected to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs to cater to the needs of the global customer base. To be eligible for this role, candidates must have completed their Undergraduate, Graduate, or Post Graduate education. A willingness to work in a voice process is essential along with possessing good English speaking and narration skills. Additionally, candidates should have analytical, presentation, and communication skills to effectively handle customer queries. The role may require working night shifts, so flexibility in working hours is a key requirement. In return, you will receive a fixed monthly salary along with attractive incentives.
