Position: Mobilization Executive (EdTech Sales)
Experience: 1-4 Years
Work Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering the right solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
Explain product features and benefits clearly
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
