Blockchain Developer @ Vibhuti Insurance

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer who will play a crucial role in scaling best practices, minimizing engineer toil, and ensuring the reliability and stability of the NST Blockchain Platform. Collaborating with the engineering team, you will identify pain points and strike a balance between present needs and future requirements, while also proposing foundational Blockchain solutions. Your focus on performance, reliability, stability, and developer satisfaction will contribute to delivering a top-notch community-building experience for our internal team, external contributors, creators, and users. In this dynamic work environment, your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain projects, preferably in enterprise blockchain. - Demonstrating proficiency in Hyperledger Fabric projects. - Having knowledge of Data Structures will be advantageous. - Being proficient in either JavaScript or Golang (preferably Golang). - Experience with DevOps tools such as docker, docker-compose, and ansible. (Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus) - Working knowledge of both SQL & NoSQL Databases, DB Migration, and Disaster Recovery. - Ability to manage a small team, oversee work management, coding sessions, and code reviews. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. - Additional certification in either Hyperledger or Kubernetes is desirable.
