Role & responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Warehouse HRBP
Experience of Blue-collar manpower management is a must
Handling volume manpower is preferred
Attrition, Attendance and Absenteeism management
Employee engagement and Grievance handling
Life cycle management of manpower
Handle payout queries
Handle incentive calculation and payouts
Data management and sharing reports with stakeholders
Regional language is mandatory
Rotational Shift
Preferred candidate profile
