About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead the companys business growth initiatives across US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for revenue generation, client acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships in software engineering, digital services, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion.
  • Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals and solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team; manage regional and global accounts.
  • Explore new business opportunities in enterprise, government, and startup segments.
  • Maintain strong forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and partner events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of sales experience in IT services/product engineering/digital consulting.
  • Proven success in closing high-value enterprise deals (India or International).
  • Strong network in eMobility, BFSI, eGovernance, Healthcare, Energy, or Startups.
  • Hands-on leader with a mix of strategy and execution skills.
