Plan & Execute Hyperlocal Brand Initiatives:
Drive demand in collaboration with the central marketing team by planning and executing impactful brand and marketing initiatives, with a sharp focus on hyperlocal activations. Hyperlocal BTL is core to SNACC s growth as an early-stage cloud kitchen business.
Customer Delight & Brand Love:
Launch customer delight initiatives that foster brand love and generate positive brand buzz across key markets.
Social Media & Community Building:
Work closely with the social team to help build the most loved SNACC community on digital platforms.
Strategic Alliances & Collaborations:
Identify, initiate, and execute strategic partnerships with corporates and relevant businesses to expand reach and relevance.
City Expansion & Launches:
Lead the launch of new areas and kitchens across the city, driving geographic expansion with structured planning and execution.
Cross-functional Project Management:
Anchor cross-functional initiatives related to new kitchens, dishes, and campaigns ensuring alignment across supply, ops, and marketing.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track all initiatives across milestones, budgets, and timelines. Continuously analyze performance and leverage insights to optimize future efforts and ROI.
Central Collaboration & Strategic Projects:
Liaise with central teams to implement new processes, creatives, and pilot central strategic initiatives at the city level.
Demand Shaping & Coordination:
Work closely with operations and supply teams to shape demand in line with business forecasts.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Manage internal stakeholders (eg, central creative, performance, social teams) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in Marketing (especially Hyperlocal BTL), E-commerce Sales/Growth, or similar roles.
-Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
-Hustle-driven with high ownership and a knack for managing multiple stakeholders.
-Ability to thrive as a team player in a target-driven environment.
-Proven experience in taking projects from concept to execution, by effectively leveraging internal and external resources.
