Job Description

Job Description:  We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, creating and maintaining BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications, and collaborating with design, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specs.
• Work with design, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming).
• Support UAT, manage documentation changes, and track progress via Jira/Confluence.

Key Skills Required:

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence
• BRD/PRD Documentation, Wireframing (Figma, Miro)
• UAT Support, Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management
• Client-facing experience
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture

Additional Requirement:

1.Domain knowledge in mall management, facility management, or property management will be an added advantage.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Industry: Real Estate / IT Product based/IT Project based/Construction/Manufacturing.
