Shift Timing: 11- 8 PM IST (Flexible)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, an innovative sourcing mindset, and the ability to balance multiple hiring needs across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (75% Technical, 10% Non-Technical India):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, primarily in the Indian market.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Leverage various sourcing methods including Google X-Ray, social media sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.), and internal ATS.
- Global Hiring Support (10% USA Support):
- Support US hiring initiatives by understanding time zones, communication nuances, and basic compliance.
- Identify and engage passive talent in the US tech market.
- HR Operations (5%):
- Assist in onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR coordination activities as required.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing and Candidate engagement.
- Expertise in Candidate / Hiring / Self Data Management (Using Excel, Airable, Drive)
- Strong proficiency in Google X-Ray and social media sourcing techniques.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of USA hiring practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to or understanding of the healthcare domain.
- Prior recruitment experience in a product-based company.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and global hiring trends.
