Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end Recruitment & Selection
  
• Smooth Onboarding & Induction
  
• Payroll and Attendance management
  
• Compliance with labour laws and HR policies
  
• Employee Relations, engagement & grievance handling
  
• Performance management & support in appraisals
  
• Maintain HR documentation, records, and MIS
  
• Plan and execute training & development initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration (MBA HR preferred)
  
• 15 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Working knowledge of payroll tools and labor regulations
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
