Job Description
Job Role ERP Implementation Project Manager / Operator
Location New Delhi / Lucknow
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP Operator to manage and maintain our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of the ERP software. Collaborate with different departments to improve system efficiency and support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams for successful integration
- Develop & manage the ERP implementation roadmap and timelines ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and schedule
- Serve as the main point of contact between ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee the implementation of a scalable, cloud-based platform, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and third-party APIs.
- Ensure seamless data migration and testing processes on the ERP software
- Enter and update customer, vendor, product, inventory & project from the existing platform into the ERP systems and ensure accuracy in data entry and validate records for completeness.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies plus troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges on timely basis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt workflows to system capabilities, minimizing customizations
- Work with HR and training teams to develop on-going training programs and support
- Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, departments, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech / BE) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
