Support end-to-end recruiting operations, ensuring seamless coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Monitor and improve recruiting workflows and SLAs.
Process Design & Optimization:
Design, document, and implement scalable recruiting processes.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and execute improvements.
Automation & Tools:
Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to integrate tools and systems.
Workday Expertise:
Manage and optimize recruiting workflows within Workday.
Troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, and ensure data integrity.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards.
Provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
Proven track record in process design, workflow optimization, and automation
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
