Job Description: Own and drive Performance campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead digital media activation and campaigns (ppc, display, social, app) including planning, strategy, execution, optimization, reporting and post campaign analysis for all consumer banking products including cards, loans and mortgages etc
• Work cross-functionally across product marketing, business verticals and call center to optimize the performance campaigns for the planned goals.
• Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and asses against goals and key metrics.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spends and performance of campaigns
• Provide forecasts, manage ad budgets and monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and target objectives are met.
• Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and other primary metrics
• Manage ongoing channel and campaign testing and optimizations across various platforms in collaboration with the agency.
• Seek and test new media channels to drive acquisition & drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B).

• Strong hands-on experience in planning, strategizing the performance marketing campaigns via Facebook, Google and other media channels.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital media platforms, best practices, analytics & digital media measurements
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud
