Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Associate - Brand Marketing to join the founding team of a new-age skin-first makeup brand. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in skincare, makeup, and personal care categories and play a pivotal role in taking the brand from launch (0 to 1) and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Support brand marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels
Analyze sales data and consumer insights to drive actionable brand decisions
Own marketing calendars, cataloguing, and go-to-market execution
Create and present data-driven reports and decks (Excel, PowerPoint proficiency required)
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, performance, creative, ops)
Assist in scaling up the brand across marketplaces and owned platforms

Requirements:

MBA in marketing/advertising
Should have a minimum career break of 6 months, at present
2-7 years of relevant experience in beauty/personal care (preferably D2C or e-commerce)
Strong analytical skills; must be comfortable with Excel and data tools
Proficient in creating visually impactful presentations
Detail-oriented with strong communication and project management skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and consumer trends
