Software Engineer - Oracle Application Express @ Chetu

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate should have strong PL/SQL skills and experience in delivering responsive and scalable APEX applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications.
• Write efficient PL/SQL and SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
• Optimize existing APEX applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate APEX applications with other systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Ensure data security and application compliance with organizational standards.
• Create technical documentation for support and future maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle APEX (Oracle Application Express).
• Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).
• Hands-on experience in building responsive UI using APEX components and themes.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX for client-side customization.
• Experience in performance tuning of APEX applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and API integrations.
