Job Description
- As a Senior Manager, Order Management at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Order Management process in an outsourced environment to support international clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end process, including but not limited to Booking for products, Contract Management, Customer Master Data Management, Billing and Invoicing, Service Contract Management, and Customer Query/Dispute Resolution. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring a successful transition of work during the initial phase of engagement and subsequently stabilizing operations. You will be accountable for delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other commitments made to clients, while also focusing on effective people management within your team. Building strong relationships with your team members and implementing tools to enhance process efficiency will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you are required to have a Graduate degree in any stream and relevant experience in Order Management, particularly with clients in the Office Equipment, Consumer Electronics, or Imaging industry operating in a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. A consistent track record of leading a team of 30+ Full-Time Employees (FTE) in an outsourced environment is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a proven ability to handle clients and build trust are crucial qualifications. Preferred qualifications for this role include exposure to SAP and readiness to travel with a valid passport. By leveraging your operational expertise and leadership skills, you will be instrumental in ensuring that financial commitments are met and that processes are transformed successfully to meet client requirements.
