Job Description

As a QA Lead with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive test strategy that outlines the overall approach to testing the software application. This strategy will encompass the objectives, scope, test levels, test techniques, and resources required for the testing process. You will also be tasked with creating a detailed test plan that outlines the test objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment setup, and resource allocation. This test plan will serve as a blueprint for the testing activities and ensure that the team follows a structured approach. In this role, you will manage the test team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress. It will be your responsibility to provide guidance, support, and training to team members, helping them improve their skills and productivity. Collaborating with the test team, you will design test scenarios and cases that cover all possible functionalities and requirements of the software application. You will ensure that the test cases are comprehensive, effective, and aligned with the test strategy. Furthermore, as a QA Lead, you will review test artefacts such as test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure their quality, consistency, and adherence to the test strategy and plan. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain the integrity of testing processes will be crucial for the successful execution of testing activities.,
