API Automation, Selenium, Python @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools. This includes creating test frameworks for APIs and backend testing, conducting and solving complex integration test cases, and ensuring clean, well-documented code. You must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Rest/SOAP APIs and JSON paths creation, with strong programming skills in Java or Python. Your role will involve expertise in API testing automation, proficiency in OOPS concepts, and the ability to build scenarios with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Specflow. Additionally, you should have experience in CI/CD and AWS deployment, knowledge of RPA tools, Agile methodology, JIRA, GIT, and AWS services. Familiarity with Jenkins for creating and managing pipelines, as well as experience with Postman and Soap UI tools, is required. Ideal candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with solid troubleshooting and communication abilities. Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle databases and Cloud Foundry will be an added advantage. Freshers are advised not to apply for this position.
