Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving initial contact and engagement with potential clients across India and the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about IT sales, skilled in cold calling, and capable of building and nurturing strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales techniques.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Conduct market and account research on potential customers and key decision-makers in the Indian and MENA regions.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development or Sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with all lead activity and communication.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the companys IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and successful client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation in the IT services industry.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong experience in cold calling and B2B lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian and/or MENA region markets and business practices.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in selling IT services or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
