You ll work at the intersection of product, sales, and solutioning helping enterprise clients visualize how our platform meets their needs. This is a great role for someone who enjoys blending tech know-how with people skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Your Role
Partner with the sales team to evaluate client needs and recommend the right-fit solutions
Analyze RFPs for technical alignment and create compelling solution proposals
Lead PoCs, demos, and pilots to validate product suitability
Conduct impactful product demonstrations for business and technical stakeholders
Answer technical queries and explain solution architecture during the sales cycle
Support seamless transition to post-sale delivery teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Collaborate on roadmap planning and solution innovation
Develop and maintain presales assets: architecture decks, SoWs, FAQs
What You Bring
Experience : 1 3 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales (SaaS, IT, or cloud products)
Technical Acumen : Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms
Communication : Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Presentation : Experience delivering client demos and contributing to proposals
Mindset : Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment
Exposure to CCaaS/CPaaS or customer communication platforms
Hands-on with tools like Postman, Swagger, Figma, CRM systems
Certifications in presales, cloud platforms, or enterprise tech
