Hiring: Zonal Manager Vadodara | Magicbricks


Were looking for a high-performing Zonal Manager to lead B2B sales and drive revenue growth in Vadodara.

Profile Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in B2B direct sales with proven revenue generation and team leadership experience
  • Team Handling: Must have led a sales team
  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Gender: Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Acquire new corporate clients and retain existing ones within the assigned region. Drive strategies to exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and tailor pitches as per client requirements.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent and promote Magicbricks' mission and values across the market.
  • Revenue Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to financial targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on competition, market trends, and client feedback to fine-tune strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly connect with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Compliance: Follow internal sales processes and uphold the highest standards of business ethics.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and implement plans to boost market share and revenue.

Skills & Experience:

  • Sales Drive: Strong sales acumen with consistent target achievement
  • B2B Expertise: Solid background in B2B direct field sales; real estate sector exposure is a plus
  • Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams
  • Follow-Up: Proactive with excellent follow-up and client engagement skills
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; confident in CXO-level presentations
  • Pressure Handling: Resilient under pressure with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Customer Orientation: Deep customer focus with a solution-driven approach
