Job Description

The Staff position at Cement in Maharashtra, India requires you to ensure the safe and smooth operation of AFBC and CFBC boilers, turbines, and auxiliaries during start-up and shutdown. You will need to coordinate with shop floor working agencies, identify field abnormalities, and report to the CCR and Shift Incharge. It is essential to optimize field processes while following safety standards to contribute to the overall efficiency of ABG group operations. At Manikgarh Cement Works, with two production lines and multiple power plants, the major challenge lies in maintaining economic and quality field work across both units. You will be responsible for carrying out regular field activities, handling casual manpower, and ensuring safe start-up, operation, and shutdown of high-pressure and high-temperature processes. Your key result areas will include executing field operational activities, monitoring processes, maintaining records, managing shifts effectively, ensuring system management, and prioritizing safety, health, environment, and sustainability initiatives. You will also be required to actively participate in meetings, implement improvement projects, and contribute to the overall plant working condition and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with 3-5 years of experience in a similar field. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety standards at the Cement organization in Maharashtra, India.,
