Job Description
- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, owning parts of the proposal document, and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. Additionally, you will plan activities for configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Your responsibilities will also include conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and aim to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
