Job Description
- As a SAP Test Manager at Bekaert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that software and integrated systems are thoroughly tested to guarantee their proper functionality. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching other QA engineers and engineering team members on quality assurance practices, skills, and tools. In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end QA and testing delivery on an SAP Implementation project. This involves owning quality assurance, testing methodology, processes, procedures, best practices, standards, and governance. You will also be involved in test planning, design, execution, and test automation, implementing SAP Activate methodology to ensure the quality of delivery. Your impact as a SAP Test Manager will involve implementing standard processes, defining testing methodology, procedures, and best practices, establishing test strategy and scope, and planning for various projects. You will also focus on efficient operation and continuous improvement of testing processes and practices, identifying testing regression suites, and performing test automation of high-priority scenarios. Essential skills and competencies for this role include at least 8+ years of relevant software development quality assurance experience, subject matter expertise in establishing test plans and executing test automation in SAP S/4 HANA projects. You should have extensive experience in leading QA in fast-paced S/4 implementations, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Agile methodology.
