As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at AeroLeads, you will play a vital role in back-end web development tasks, focusing on coding, troubleshooting, and implementing new features. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient and maintainable code through object-oriented programming, model-view-controller architecture, and test-driven development. Collaborating with other developers and teams is essential to deliver high-quality software that meets the company's standards. Your qualifications should encompass proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), along with experience in Front-End Development. You should be adept at working independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
