Job Description

Weisetech Developers is a leading offshore development center based in India, specializing in Website and Mobile application development. Our wide range of services includes offshore software development, website design and development, iPhone/iPad application development, Android application development, and multimedia design. We take pride in our world-class team that is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled Web Developer with expertise in Laravel (70%) and WordPress (30%). The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with solid mid-plus level skills. Proficiency in PHP 8, Laravel (including REST API, Blade, Eloquent, queues, caching, optimization; knowledge of Filament is a plus), TALL Stack (Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS; familiarity with React/Vue.js is also welcome), MySQL/MariaDB + EAV, WordPress (HTML/CSS, Sass, jQuery, REST API), and experience with high-load applications is required. Good understanding of Git, Composer, and npm is essential. In addition to technical skills, we value soft skills in our team members. We are looking for individuals who are independent, reliable, possess logical and structured thinking, and can effectively collaborate with their team members through clear communication. The ideal candidate should have a curious and motivated mindset, always ready to solve complex problems. They should have a strong focus on writing clean and maintainable code, and possess the ability to methodically diagnose bugs. Proficiency in English is a requirement for this position. Knowledge of Russian is considered a plus, as daily standups are conducted in Russian; however, switching to English is acceptable for us.,
