Job Description
- As a Robotics Trainer at KITE Robotics, your primary responsibility will be to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to students in various robotics-related topics such as coding, 3D printing, and IoT. You will conduct interactive and engaging training sessions to ensure that students gain practical exposure and develop their skills effectively. Additionally, you will mentor students for robotics competitions at different levels, guiding them to enhance their technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking. You will also be in charge of managing the robotics labs in schools, overseeing their setup, functionality, and maintenance to provide students with a well-equipped and organized learning environment. Keeping track of inventory, including robotics kits, components, and tools, will be crucial for the seamless execution of training sessions and project-based learning activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate the outcomes of training sessions, research activities, and project progress. Collaborating with the Research & Development (R&D) team, you will contribute to innovative projects and engage in industry-oriented research initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will offer support and knowledge sharing to collectively drive the mission of KITE Robotics. Maintaining a continuous learning mindset and exhibiting strong teamwork will be essential to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work culture at the organization. Job Details: - Job Type: Permanent, Regular, Full-time - Schedule: Morning shift or Day shift - Work Timing: 10 am to 6 pm - Salary: INR 1,92,000 - 2,40,000 per annum Requirements: - Good knowledge in basic electronics and coding (CAD, Solid works, and other designing tools are added advantages) - Ability to commute or relocate to Chennai, Pondicherry, or Thiruvarur whenever required - English proficiency is preferred - Education: B.E., EEE / ECE / Mechatronics and M.Sc., Electronics - Experience: 0 to 3 years (freshers also eligible) Terms and Conditions: - Interested and passionate in teaching and mentoring school and college students - Minimum one-year commitment on a contract basis - Original documents to be produced until the end of the contract period Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025,
