Job Description

    The Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. Your role will involve working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, creating engaging training materials, and delivering programs in various formats. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and stay updated on the latest learning trends. Your tasks should align with internal values and policies. As an AM Training, you will play a vital role in developing impactful training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting training needs analyses, managing a team of trainers, and designing engaging training programs using various methods. You will evaluate program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications for the position include a Bachelor's degree, experience in training and development for customer service environments, a strong grasp of learning principles, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong project management skills, and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This full-time, permanent position based in Hyderabad will require you to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in training and development, proficiency in English, and a focus on customer service/upselling environments catering to US clients.
