Job Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in designing and integration of internal and third-party applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in API and enterprise architecture development.
- Experience working with technical vendors (e.g. systems integrators).
- Experience with Google-wide technologies.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and agile.
- Understanding of corporate real estate processes and Integrated Workplace Management System.

Responsibilities
- Drive the multi-year technology roadmap for Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) applications, emphasizing third-party integrations. Lead large-scale technical projects from inception to completion.
- Manage technical engineering delivery by the team and engineering service suppliers. Oversee application development, systems integration, and ensure engineering excellence.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team. Influence technical direction and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Solve problems and drive solutions. Provide technical expertise in application engineering and enterprise architecture.
- Contribute to team culture and operational improvements.
